Jacinthe Desaulniers

Jacinthe Desaulniers has occupied several leadership positions in various teaching hospitals in the Ottawa area. She has also been the regional director of the Ontario Telemedicine Network. A graduate of the University of Ottawa, she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Health Services Management. She has also taught at the Telfer School of Management at the University of Ottawa, and has sat on various boards in the community health and services sector.

Ms. Desaulniers has chosen to put her knowledge of the healthcare sector, her networking experience and her leadership skills at the service of the French Language Health Services Network of Eastern Ontario in her capacity as managing director of the organization since 2009.
